Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Managing discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Court appearances
• Working directly with experienced trial attorneys on complex, high-exposure cases

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in California
• 1–10 years of civil defense litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Enjoy collaborating while taking ownership of their work

Benefits

• Compensation: $115,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package
