Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Managing discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Court appearances
• Working directly with experienced trial attorneys on complex, high-exposure cases

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in California
• 1–10 years of civil defense litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Enjoy collaborating while taking ownership of their work

Benefits

• Fully remote opportunities for attorneys based anywhere in California or in another state (active California bar membership required)
• Offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco; Satellite workspace options in San Diego and Orange County
• Compensation: $115,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with employer match, medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, professional development, and more
