About the Role
Responsible for maintaining the site's calibration system and performing product inspections to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements. This role supports product quality, manufacturing operations, and audit readiness by ensuring measuring equipment is properly calibrated and products conform to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the site calibration program.
- Coordinate and perform calibration activities for measurement and test equipment.
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections as required.
- Verify product conformance using standard inspection and measurement equipment.
- Maintain accurate calibration and inspection records.
- Support investigations of nonconforming products and quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality system, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external calibration activities, including performing in-house calibrations on designated measurement equipment and managing equipment sent to approved outside calibration service providers.
Requirements
- A 2-year technical degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in calibration, inspection, or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of calibration standards, measurement systems, and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
This position requires use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).

Pay
Equal Pay Act Range: $54,100–$80,300. The salary offered to a candidate is based on experience, qualifications, location, and market considerations.
