About the role
The Calibration Technician ensures instruments and equipment are accurately calibrated and maintained to the highest standards. The role involves using specific testing and measuring devices to verify calibration compliance with industry standards, performing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and researching new calibration techniques as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform precision calibration of torque and pressure measurement instruments
- Maintain calibration records and results in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure proper calibration
- Liaise with other technicians to ensure proper calibration of instruments
- Prepare complete and timely documentation, including updating work order status
- Perform other duties as assigned
Must be capable of frequently lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
Schedule
Required to work an 8-12 hour day shift.
