About the role
Woodward is hiring a Calibration Technician to support the laboratory and calibration equipment at our Loves Park Campus. This position is on 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 1:30pm – 10:00pm) and will support the laboratory and calibration equipment on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Perform Equipment Calibration: Conduct routine calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment according to established standard operating procedures.
- Maintain Calibration Records: Accurately document calibration data and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Support Maintenance Activities: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of calibration tools and systems under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Adhere to Quality Standards: Follow all quality guidelines and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of calibration processes.
- Communicate Technical Information: Share calibration results and technical information effectively with team members to facilitate collaborative operations.

Pay
- Level I: Estimated hourly base pay: $20.67 (minimum) - $26.92 (midpoint) - $33.17 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime.
- Level II: Estimated hourly base pay: $24.52 (minimum) - $31.72 (midpoint) - $39.42 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime.
