About the role
The Calibration Lead is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are calibrated to meet industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee calibration processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Train and mentor junior staff in calibration techniques and safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain calibration schedules for various departments.
- Perform routine checks on calibration equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Document all calibration activities and results in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, physics).
- At least 5 years of experience in calibration and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in using various calibration instruments and software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and other relevant calibration standards.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and data analysis.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
