About the role
An ED Tech is a healthcare professional who assists emergency room (ER) doctors and nurses with delivering medical care. ED Techs keep the ER clean and organized and assist with basic patient care.
Requirements
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or certification obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Medical experience preferred.
- EKG competency preferred.
- Phlebotomy competency preferred.
Schedule
Per diem, day shift 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; various shifts as needed.
Pay
Base pay range: $22.05 – $28.90 per hour. Shift differentials are not included in the base rate (Evenings +$5, Nights +$6). A $2 per diem differential is also excluded.
