Job Summary
The Cage & Player Services Lead assists the Cage & Player Services Leadership Team in the successful operation of the Cage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the Cage operation and Player Services.
- Ensure guest service, relations, and disputes are handled to provide a favorable gaming experience.
- Maintain safety and security, facilitate loss prevention programs, and delegate duties.
- Coach and retain team members.
- Adhere to policies and procedures to protect gaming facility assets and funds.
- Review Cage activities and promotions with leadership team.
- Fill-in as a Cashier and/or Main Banker when needed (refer to Cashier & Main Banker's Job Description).
Required Skills and Abilities
- Manage Cage profitability.
- Maintain professional relationships.
- Communicate effectively.
- Assume shift responsibility.
- Wear black shoes.
Education and Experience
- One to three years of experience in a cashier/banking environment.
- Valid Racing License.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.
- Circulate throughout assigned areas, including a smoking area.
- Noise level is usually moderate to loud.
- Subjected to physical demands such as sitting, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing.
