Responsibilities
- Bring the Pillars of Service (Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable) to life through team leadership and fan (guests) interactions.
- Communicate priorities and set an optimistic tone for the shift.
- Manage team breaks and ensure proper coverage throughout the shift.
- Lead by example through professionalism, service standards, and teamwork.
- Foster a connected, one-team environment by supporting team members and stepping in where needed.
- Support leadership with daily operations and shift execution.
- Ensure every fan (guest) receives a service-oriented and memorable experience from arrival through departure.
- Engage fans (guests), team members, and leadership with a friendly, professional, and optimistic approach.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, beverages, specials, promotions, and events.
- Accurately process comps, refunds, and POS transactions.
- Support smooth bar operations, service flow, and overall efficiency.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and readiness of bar areas.
- Ensure compliance with all state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in training materials and the employee handbook.
- Show strong time management, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a varied schedule as needed.
- Display ability to work with general computer operations, including Point-of-Sales (MICROS).
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required, preferably with management experience leading a team.
- Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills required.
- Fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
- Food handlers’ card and state recognized responsible alcohol certification.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local and state laws.
- Must be able to continuously stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Will seldom be sitting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.
- Requires full flexibility, ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and a varied schedule.
- Must be available to work evening and late-night hours, weekends, and holidays as business dictates.
- Must display ability to work with general computer operations, including Point-of-Sales (MICROS).
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
