Cage and Vault Supervisor, Mardi Gras Casino

About the Role

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time or part-time Cage and Vault Supervisor to join our team in Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Cage Supervisor, you will supervise daily cage operations and deliver exceptional guest service.

Pay

$19.25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee cage operations; enforce all policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Supervise Cage Cashiers and Main Bankers; assist in staffing, scheduling, evaluating, and developing team members
• Reconcile daily cashier drawers and main bank accountability
• Handle guest complaints in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the guest and the company

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Minimum of two years' supervisory or management experience required
• Cash handling experience required; ability to handle large amounts of money accurately
• Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends as required
• No college degree required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Exposure to secondhand smoke

Schedule

• Overnight shifts
• Holidays
• Weekends (every weekend)
• 10-hour shifts
• Overtime as needed
