Floor Supervisor, Mardi Gras Casino
Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a full-time Floor Supervisor at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. This role oversees the daily operations of the food and beverage areas, leading the team and maintaining high levels of customer service for guests.
Schedule
- 7pm–3am
- 7:30pm–4am
- Occasional 5pm–2:30am
- Overnight shifts
- Every weekend
- Overtime as needed
Pay
$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities
- Produce the food and beverage team member schedule across gaming floor departments
- Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews to encourage team growth and development
- Advise and direct daily duties for your team
- Ensure the highest level of customer service for guests visiting the property
- Assist team members with malfunctioning gaming equipment and partner with the property’s technician when needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
