Cafeteria, Utility Team Member

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and rotate incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Effectively communicate with ordering leads regarding any inventory issues.
• Responsible for conducting quality, temperature, and inventory controls.
• Prepare and serve meals according to written and oral instructions.
• Replenish food stations as needed.
• Properly set up and break down workstations.
• Temporarily cover positions as needed.
• Perform related work as required.
• Perform duties following health, food service, government, and other regulations.
• Participate in formal and informal training.
• Perform all tasks assigned in a safe and productive manner.
• Practice personal hygiene and proper sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment.
• Perform dishwashing and trash removal.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Greet customers in a professional manner.

Education And Experience

• High School Graduate or equivalent (adequate education/training/experience).
• 3 years of restaurant or food service experience.
• Excellent work and attendance record.
• Knowledge of food and nutrition.
• General knowledge of methods used in preparing and serving.
• Ability to demonstrate proper equipment operation skills.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Serve safe certified recommended.
