About the role
Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Provide guests with food and beverage offerings, assistance with retail purchases and maintain the Café & Pantry work area. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Provide guests with food and beverage, assistance with retail purchases and maintaining the Café & Pantry work area.
- Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or house charges.
- Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs.
What You Bring
- Minimum two years food & beverage service or retail related work.
- Ability to prepare food and beverage offerings and offer Retail assistance.
- Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions and read and write English.
- Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
- Maui Liquor Card
- Tuberculosis Clearance

Schedule & Hours
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
