Report to: Director of Construction. With a projected 1,000 cafes in the United States by 2030, Paris Baguette is one of the fastest-growing neighborhood bakery cafés in the world. Our vision is to reestablish the neighborhood bakery café as the heart of the community around the world. Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of the development process for new, relocated, and remodel café projects, from initial test-fit and design development through permitting, construction, final completion, and opening.
• Consult and guide construction activities to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Paris Baguette design standards, specifications, approved scope, budget, and timeline.
