Maintenance

• Maintain adherence to posted schedule
• Maintain proper time-clock procedures
• Report to work in proper uniform
• Complete all pre-meal side-work
• Set up assignments thoroughly and within the scheduled time
• Ensure tables assigned for service are checked for accuracy, cleanliness, and appearance
• Participate in menu meeting
• Assists all patrons in a timely and efficient manner
• Clear tables in a timely, efficient, and non-obtrusive manner
• Completes all post-meal side-work assignments

Attendance & Reporting

• Reports to work on time
• Follows proper procedures for requested days off and calling out

Training & Education

• Attends all mandatory education programs

Customer Service

• Demonstrates customer service skills
• Treats all customers and coworkers with courtesy and respect
• Handles all customer issues professionally

Sanitation & Safety

• Follows proper safe food handling and hand washing procedures
• Ensures proper sanitation of trays, work areas and equipment used
