What You Will Help People Every Day:

• Aid in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating Bistro operations, programs, and activities.
• Cook and serve food and beverages while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support coordination of food-related activities with other departments.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
• Foster a positive and welcoming environment that supports healing and well-being.

Requirements:

• ServSafe and Allergen Trained
• Starbucks Barista trained
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services
• Knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary functions in nursing care facilities and food service establishments
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff
