Facility Associate
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain office spaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a safe, sanitary, and professional work environment.
- Perform minor facility maintenance and repairs to support the day-to-day operation of the workplace.
- Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.
Requirements
- Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, facilities, or general maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.

The base salary range for this position is $19.25-$21.83 per hour and depends on technical and service experience within the analytical instrumentation field.
