Position Summary
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and works in other areas as needed.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Prepares food according to item specifications; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be an Expert: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick-up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
- Be a Techie: Drives the performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member's needs; assists members with purchasing decisions; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns.
- Be an Owner: Being a brand advocate; developing, influencing, and inspiring others for working in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented manner; understands roadblocks and assists in training.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; uses the Open Door Policy; adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Competitive Pay and Bonuses
Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00* Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Acknowledges the need to complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if offered the position

- Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety)
