Position Summary
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and works in various areas to meet business needs.

- Be a Team Member: Prepares food according to specifications; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be an Expert: Prepares food according to specifications; understands and plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates an understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for immediate business decisions; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
- Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service; assists members with purchasing decisions; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns.
