Position Summary
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise, collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating associates on tools, tasks, and resources. Communicates effectively with the team and adapts to business needs.
What you'll do...
- Maintains knowledge of product specifications and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
- Prepares food according to item specifications, understanding and planning future productions and mass productions, adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance.
- Manages inventory, operates and maintains equipment, and demonstrates an understanding of product and layout execution.
- Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick-up orders, training, and product quality.
- Drives area performance by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and providing member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs.
- Assists members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues and concerns.
- Develops and inspires others, advocating for a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully completes all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if offered the position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
