Position Summary
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with the team; works in other areas as needed; prepares food according to specifications; understands and plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution; leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates; utilizes handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; assists members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues and concerns; acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences, and inspires others in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented manner; complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Acknowledge successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
- Preferred Qualifications: Food Safety Certification, Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety)
