About the role
The Cafe Associate collaborates with the Bistro Manager and Concierge to provide exceptional culinary experiences and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Aid in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Bistro’s programs and activities.
- Cook and serve meals to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with other departments for food-related activities.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, their families, and visitors.
Requirements
- ServSafe and Allergen Trained
- Starbucks Barista Trained
- Knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to nursing care facilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary for Bistro services.
- Must be familiar with food service laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to nursing care facilities.
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service orientation.

Pay
Base Wages: $17.00 per hour
PLUS Hero Pay ($0.85 per hour!)
Yearly Wage Increases
