About the role
The Café Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Greets customers promptly and courteously
- Serves food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the café
- Ensures adherence to health and safety standards
- Assists with inventory management and restocking
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Qualifications
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of food preparation and service
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
