Cafe Assistant Coordinator, Mount Pleasant Campus

Responsibilities
Run the floor: Lead daily café operations and ensure a warm, excellent guest experience.
Build the team: Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise café staff and volunteers.
Serve guests: Greet guests, work the register, and fulfill orders efficiently and warmly.
Keep things running: Manage inventory, ordering, and budget; help shape a fresh, seasonal menu.
Make the connection: Connect visitors with Seacoast staff to help them take their next steps.
Lead under pressure: Stay calm and steady during busy rushes, setting the example for your team.
Requirements
Christ Follower (Seacoast Church makes hiring decisions aligned with our religious faith and beliefs).
Experience: Food & Beverage management experience preferred; barista experience a plus.
Food safety knowledge: Familiarity with DHEC food safety standards; ServSafe certification a bonus.
Adaptability: Comfortable learning new systems, juggling priorities, and adapting on the fly.
Attention to detail: Sharp memory for recipes and procedures, and a genuine care for details.
Availability: Full availability for day shifts, Sundays, some weeknights, and major church events.
