Café Ambassador- Ross Park Mall
The Role
As a Café Ambassador you are the face of Capital One’s mission to change banking for good. You move throughout the Café, bridging the gap between digital innovation and human connection, acting as a high‑end service specialist and guide to digital banking.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Be a Natural Connector: Proactively engage with guests in a high‑energy environment that serves as both a community space and a local coffee shop (note: you are a banking guide, not a barista).
- Serve as a Brand Advocate: Share the value of Capital One’s products and services through genuine conversation, with success measured by connection quality rather than sales quotas.
- Simplify the Complex: Guide customers through our digital ecosystem, helping them master mobile tools and troubleshoot tech challenges.
- Facilitate Purposeful Impact: Host and support local events that promote financial health, acting as a brand steward within Capital One’s programs and community partnerships.
- Advocate & Problem‑Solve: Advocate for customers, resolve issues in line with compliance and regulatory requirements, and handle complaints or escalated situations with de‑escalation support.
- Act as a Culture Carrier: Foster an inclusive environment where every guest feels welcome; be detail‑oriented, positive, flexible, and adaptable to change.
- Stay Agile & Engaged: Remain active throughout the day, moving through the Café to connect with the community and support the guest experience.
