Caesars Rewards Ambassador-Full Time (Caesars Atlantic City)

About the role

Enhances the growth of gaming revenues through the development of our customer base. Actively walks the casino floor to sell and enroll new customers in the Caesars Rewards program, maintains relationships with valued gaming guests, and markets the gaming product to all guests. Supports the Caesars Rewards team when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and provides exceptional customer service
• Encourages guests to enroll in the new card sign-up program and create brand loyalty
• Actively and constantly sells the gaming product
• Follows all relevant policies and procedures and maintains confidentiality of information
• Communicates with other departments both on property and within Caesars Entertainment, as well as with vendors and partners
• Is familiar with and assists with promotions and events
• Showcases exemplary usage of the RTCM system for greeting guests and maintaining high visibility on the casino floor
• Promotes in-casino and marketing events both on and off property
• Meets and greets guests while maintaining the highest levels of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitality
• Position is designated for Atlantic City Operations for cross-property marketing purposes

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of two (2) years of guest services experience preferred
• Ability to resolve stressful situations
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work extended hours during special events, including limited overnight travel
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to adhere to all New Jersey gaming regulations and guidelines

Additional requirements

• Ability to move quickly around the property
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 20 lbs
• Ability to work independently and proven to be initiative-taking
• Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guests’ needs
• Ability to tolerate areas holding secondhand smoke
• New Jersey Casino License required

Pay

$18.00 per hour
