Cadence/Prelude & Referrals Epic Analyst, Senior

Seattle Children's Hospital is building an innovative Epic Community Connect program to extend our world-class electronic health record (EHR) system to primary care clinics across our region, enhancing pediatric care coordination and outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Epic Cadence/Prelude/Referrals Analyst to play a vital role in building something new and impactful for our community.

About the role

This position is for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with a specific focus on front-office access functions for our Seattle Children's primary care clinics and our Community Connect partners. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer-facing acumen, enjoy problem-solving, and be adept at thinking outside the box and solutioning quickly. You will have primary responsibility for the system design, build, and support of these applications, ensuring they are optimized to meet the needs of our partners. The ideal candidate will have experience with some specialty build and a strong understanding of how to support patient engagement within the Community Connect model.

Responsibilities

• System design, build, and support of Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals applications
• Optimize applications to meet the needs of primary care clinics and Community Connect partners
• Lead committees, projects, and activities related to front-office access functions
• Apply project management skills, tools, and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, OR equivalent combination of education/experience that demonstrates technical competency
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in an Information Services environment, including at least three (3) years providing configuration and supporting enterprise content management applications
• Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools, and methodologies
• Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories, and concepts related to technical discipline
• Experience with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications and/or systems

Pay

Compensation range: $107,431.00 - $161,147.00 per year (based on full-time employment of 2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
