CADD Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Daily processing of survey data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency
• Experience with Civil 3D and Carlson
• Perform deeds research, deed plotting and map checks
• Prepare survey plats and drawings, legal descriptions
• Provide office support
• Perform quality control checks of plats and drawings
• Ensure schedules and productivity objectives are achieved

Required Attributes

• Education: Associates Degree or High school / GED and equivalent experience
• Minimum years of work experience: 4-7
• Computer skills required: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent computer and technical skills, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
• Proficient in technical math, including geometry and trigonometry
• Strong listening, writing, and verbal communications skills
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
