About the role
We are looking for a CADD Technician who can perform discipline-specific drafting assignments, prepare drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of engineering designs, and perform other duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform discipline specific drafting assignments requiring application of standardized drawing techniques, under the direct supervision of an Architect/Engineer, or other technical professional
- Prepare drawings, layouts, sketches, maps and graphic representations of engineering designs using computer-aided design software
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
- Knowledge of standard CAD Software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts, workflows and deliverables
