About the role
The Office Manager collaborates with Directors on maintaining an organized and safe camp environment. They assist with administrative tasks such as pick-up and drop-off, the weekly CADC Exhibition, on-site supervision of Extended-Care, taking photos for the CADC Instagram, and prepping student materials. Pre and post camp, they share responsibilities with the Co-Directors for setting up and taking down camp, including supply inventory and workspace restoration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Directors on maintaining an organized and safe camp environment
- Affix administrative tasks such as pick-up and drop-off, the weekly CADC Exhibition, on-site supervision of Extended-Care, taking photos for the CADC Instagram, and prepping student materials
- Share responsibilities with the Co-Directors for setting up and taking down camp, including supply inventory and workspace restoration
Qualifications
- Actively pursuing or recently obtained K-12 Art Education licensure
- Demonstrated experience working in and fostering an environment of respect, professionalism, and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from various backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU
- Preferred qualifications include being a recent graduate (within two years) of an Art Education program with licensure, local to Richmond Area
