Responsibilities
- Exporting and preparing design files for production (ClosetPro, CSV, etc.)
- Verifying measurements, wall dimensions, and job specifications
- Reviewing approved designs to ensure they are production and installation ready
- Coinciding special-order materials and supporting production scheduling
- Troubleshooting installation questions and providing technical support to field teams
- Visiting customer homes as needed to verify measurements or resolve project issues
Requirements
- 1+ year of CAD or technical drafting experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while partnering across multiple teams
Qualifications
- This position is a great fit for individuals with experience in: Custom closets or cabinetry
Residential remodeling or home improvement
CAD drafting or technical design
Installation, production planning, or project coordination - Experience with Closet Factory or similar organizations is a plus

- Occasional Saturdays based on project volume
