CAD Technician

About the role

Responsible for directing, coordinating, and administering projects through all phases of development from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture preferred
• California Architectural license is a plus but not required

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD, and knowledge of SketchUp modeling and Adobe Photoshop preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
• Ability to collaborate between clients and project teams as the single point of contact
• Proficient in Building Code Compliance and Analysis in all phases
• Commitment to building a long-term career and obtaining licensure preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture preferred
• Registered Architect in the state of California with 10+ years of experience
• Strong skills in design and production of construction drawings, start to finish
• Experience working in construction phases with clients and general contractors

Skills
