CAD Drafter

Role: CAD Drafter responsible for creating electro-mechanical technical drawings and documentation, developing detailed design specifications, and overseeing drafting team activities. Responsibilities: Prepare 2D and 3D models, ensure accuracy and quality of drawings, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and support project requirements and policies. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of experience in mechanical CAD, proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD, knowledge of ASME Y14 standards, and ability to develop technical documentation. Support for hardware design, manufacturing, and team leadership is a plus. Must obtain a Secret clearance. Key Duties: Lead multiple tasks, support technical documentation development, perform peer reviews, and support manufacturing and assembly processes. Strong collaboration and independent work skills are essential.
