CAD Designer
About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented CAD Drafter to support our crane and rigging operations through the development of accurate engineered drawings, lift plans, rigging layouts, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in AutoCAD or similar CAD software and an understanding of crane operations, rigging practices, structural components, and job‑site requirements. This position works closely with project managers, engineers, crane operators, riggers, and field personnel to turn project requirements into clear, accurate, and constructible drawings. Summary: The CAD Designer uses 2D/3D computer aided drafting and calculations to provide support to engineering and operations by preparing accurate and routine lift‑plans, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches and diagrams. Located in Houston, TX. Reports to the CAD Manager.
