This role is for a Field Technician responsible for installing, repairing, and educating customers on services in outdoor environments.
Responsibilities
- Installing and repairing services at customer locations
- Providing technical support and customer education
- Working outdoors in various environments and weather conditions

Qualifications and skills required
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with computers, software, and hand tools
- Effective communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
