Field Technician responsible for installing, repairing, and educating customers on services in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Work outdoors across various terrains and weather conditions.
• Use hand tools and technical equipment to troubleshoot and resolve service issues.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Participate in on-the-job training, career self-progression, and certification programs.
• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in computers, software, and hand tools.
• Effective communication, professionalism, and time management.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Fluent in English and able to travel as needed.
