Responsibilities

• Installing and repairing communication services at customer sites
• Educating customers on service usage and troubleshooting issues

• Utilizing hand tools and equipment safely and effectively

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with computers, hand tools, and software applications
• Effective communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Fluent in English and able to travel to various locations
