We are seeking a Cable Operator on the 3rd shift. (12:00 am - 8:00 am) Key duties include running multiple cable lines, conducting required cable testing, upholding departmental safety protocols, and maintaining clean work spaces. Additionally, flexibility is expected to support other cable lines, assist with general shop floor operations, and undertake further assignments directed by management. Leadership & Core Responsibilities Core responsibilities include operating cable machinery efficiently at required speeds, managing machine setup, and ensuring all output strictly complies with specified tolerancesStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and operate multiple machines Position Requirements Capable of running multiple cable machines while maintaining product specifications within strict tolerancesProficient in using a micrometerKnowledgeable with in-process testing procedures for manufacturingExcellent time management skills to meet production demands efficiently Education & Technical Qualifications Education: High School Diploma preferred2+ years manufacturing experienceU.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR requirements Certifications & Competencies Systems Proficiency: ERP System, ADPCore Competencies: Operating multiple machines efficiently; producing items consistently within designated tolerance limits Compensation, Benefits & Legal Total Rewards & Compensation Base Salary Range: $22.15 – $23.26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits & Perks: Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package featuring health coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and career development resources.
