About the role

Goldbelt Hawk designs, develops, and implements comprehensive solutions for problem spaces including computer security, scalable architectures, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and network/data center operations. Specializing in local and enterprise-level incident response and forensic analysis, Hawk delivers threat analysis and reporting while implementing solutions based on mature planning and development practices.

Responsibilities

• Solve technical engineering problems relating to secure and non-secure voice, video, data, and radio frequency cable infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain IT wiring diagrams.
• Solve issues related to cables and networks.
• Test and terminate cables.
• Handle assignments that may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
• Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
• Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a STEM field or equivalent years of related experience.
• At least 3–5 years of related experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance.

Skills

• Detail-oriented with in-depth knowledge of designing complex cable plans for telecommunication systems, including layout structures for equipment installations and expanding existing cabling systems.
• Expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, multitask, and work well under tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with ability to perform and lead work independently.
• Structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
