About the role

Closet Factory & Wall Beds of Oregon is a company that specializes in providing custom storage solutions. Established for over 30 years, we design, manufacture, and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves, and other home improvement projects. Our products are crafted from high-quality materials using the 32-millimeter system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare each job using the 32-millimeter system
• Check jobs for accuracy and quality before sending to clients
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Experience with basic hand tools
• One year of production cabinetry experience
• Experience operating a 32mm line boring machine
• Edgebander operation skills
• Laminate countertop fabrication experience (desirable)
• Stain/paint/finish experience
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional overtime
• Valid driver's license
