About the role

Closet Factory & Wall Beds of Oregon is seeking a full-time, permanent position to join our team. We produce custom storage solutions including custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves, and more. Our factory uses the 32-millimeter system to manufacture all wood parts for our complete product line. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare each job and ensure accuracy and quality before sending to the client's home for installation.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide accurate quotes.
• Operate various machinery such as the 32mm line boring machine, CNC, edge bander, and laminate countertop fabrication equipment.
• Perform stain/paint/finish work as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and follow all company policies.

Requirements

• Experience with basic hand tools.
• One year of production cabinetry experience.
• Experience operating a 32mm line boring machine.
• Experience with CNC operation.
• Experience with edge banding.
• Experience with laminate countertop fabrication.
• Desirable: Experience with stain/paint/finish work.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license.
• M-F schedule from 6:00am-2:30pm, with occasional overtime.
