Cabinet Vision Technical Specialist, Division Production Software

Job Responsibilities

• Leading new Cabinet Vision implementations
• Providing remote and on-site training sessions
• Analyzing client workflows and advising on best practices
• Building or customizing User Created Standards (UCSs), reports, and configurations
• Supporting client’s post-implementation as they grow into power users
• Collaborating with the sales team during pre-sales scoping, demos, and onboarding planning
• Understanding the technical issues of the customers and proposing adapted solutions

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Cabinet Vision and/or other CAD/CAM software and CNC machining processes
• Background in wood industry
• Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles (sales support, demos, consulting, etc.)
• Ability to present technical solutions in a clear, engaging manner
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy
• Willingness and ability to travel across Canada (up to 5 days per month)
