About the role

R.J. Wherry & Associates is seeking a skilled Millwork Draftsman or Cabinet Vision programmer in Tennessee, for a dual drafting and project coordination role supporting custom commercial casework, architectural millwork, solid surface, and specialty products.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from shop drawings and submittals through fabrication and field installation
• Produce accurate 2D/3D CAD drawings
• Interpret architectural plans and specifications
• Incorporate revisions
• Prepare fabrication documents
• Coordinate with the shop and installation teams

Qualifications

• Proficient in either AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision and/or SketchUp
• Understand commercial millwork construction and drafting standards
• Capable of managing schedules, material requirements, deliveries, installation sequencing, and field issues
• Strong technical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
