BayCare Medical Group (BMG), a leading multispecialty group, is seeking talented and dedicated Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join our growing anesthesiology teams at several locations throughout Tampa Bay and surrounding counties.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists to manage anesthesia cases
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
- Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgeries
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients
- Document patient care and procedures accurately
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program.
- NCCAA certification required.
- Active Florida license or ability to obtain ACLS and BLS certifications required.
Qualifications
- Experience in anesthesiology assistant roles preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in anesthesia administration techniques.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and patient care protocols.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
