BayCare Medical Group (BMG), a leading multispecialty group, is seeking talented and dedicated Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join our growing anesthesiology teams at several locations throughout Tampa Bay and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with anesthesiologists to manage anesthesia cases
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
• Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgeries
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients
• Document patient care and procedures accurately

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program.
• NCCAA certification required.
• Active Florida license or ability to obtain ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Qualifications

• Experience in anesthesiology assistant roles preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in anesthesia administration techniques.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and patient care protocols.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
