About the role
Perform technical tasks related to electrical and electronic systems installation, repair, inspection, and maintenance on naval vessels.
Responsibilities
- Attach connectors and install systems such as CANES, NMT, ADNS, and COMSEC
- Support cabling and system setups in a team environment
- Travel to various work sites, including OCONUS
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with active OSHA 10 certification
- Experience installing and maintaining C4ISR equipment for the US Navy
- Knowledge of NAVSEA standards, electronics repair, fabrication, and installation procedures
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Proficiency with test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, voltmeters, and cable testers
- Skilled in operating installation tools and working in confined or high-heat spaces
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in demanding environments
Qualifications
- Certifications in fiber optic and multi-pin connectors (desired)
