C2BMC Training Lead - TS/SCI

About the role

The C2BMC Training Lead will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure that team members are proficient in the C2BMC system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for C2BMC system operations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and provide feedback to improve training methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in C2BMC technology and incorporate new knowledge into training materials.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a military or government setting.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of C2BMC systems and their operational requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate training sessions and interact with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance is required.
