About the role
The C2BMC Training Lead will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure that team members are proficient in the C2BMC system.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for C2BMC system operations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and provide feedback to improve training methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with organizational goals.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in C2BMC technology and incorporate new knowledge into training materials.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a military or government setting.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Strong understanding of C2BMC systems and their operational requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate training sessions and interact with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance is required.
- Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of military or government training protocols.
