About the role
Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heating and cooling systems in clients' homes.
Advise, mentor, and supervise newer technicians.
Opportunity to advance into an HVAC manager or supervisor role.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems in residential settings.
- Provide advice and guidance to less experienced technicians.
- Mentor and train new HVAC service technicians.
- Assist in managing a team of HVAC technicians.
Requirements
- EPA certification.
- 5+ years of heating and air conditioning experience.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Management experience is a plus, but not required.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
