About the role

As a Culligan franchise, we operate 42 locations across Minnesota, Indiana, Arizona, Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, and Texas. Our team provides cutting-edge water purification and softening systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Responsibilities
- Install, upgrade, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot advanced water treatment systems
- Work with Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems
- Work with Water Softening Systems
- Work with Deionization and Filtration Systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Mechanical aptitude; plumbing or electrical experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, dependable, and driven to deliver quality work
