About the Opportunity:The C# DEVELOPER role involves developing and supporting a core backup product for Microsoft 365. This position impacts the organization by enhancing data protection capabilities and collaborating with development teams to plan and deliver new features, contributing directly to the reliability and security of the product. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the backup solution for Microsoft 365Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the product development processParticipate in planning and feature creation for the product Requirements:Proficient knowledge of C#3-5 years of relevant software development experienceUnderstanding of data structures and algorithmsExperience with relational database management systems (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)Experience developing applications for public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCPStrong analytical skills, clear logic, and ability to work independently Bonus Skills:Familiarity with Windows platform (.NET, Win API)Experience debugging event-based systemsAdvanced knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systemsExperience with Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, or Office 365 developmentExperience in commercial product development for mass market Please note: Applicants must be permanently located in the United States to be considered, as remote work is only available within the U.S. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Compensation ranges depending on geographic location and experience, with total target compensation from $122,148 to $280,800 USD.Compensation includes base salary and performance-based bonus.Offers consider experience, education, skills, and location.
