Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance services using C# and .NET Core 4+.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and automation with DevOps tools.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with architecture, QA, and product teams in Agile delivery.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and leadership.
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and meetings to encourage alignment, transparency, and informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, Web API, and API integration.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps/GitHub/Jenkins), CI/CD, and Git.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, EF Core, and unit testing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of API security and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Exposure to containerized applications and cloud-native patterns.
• Domain experience in Insurance, Banking, or Enterprise systems.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $86,129 to $127,189. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
